Fall COR 2025

Continuous Open Recruitment Information

Continuous Open Recruitment, also known as COR, is an informal recruitment that will begin immediately after Bid Day of Fall Formal Recruitment. Continuous Open Recruitment will end on stop day of the fall semester and remain on the first day of the spring semester. Anyone is eligible for COR if they are a current full time student at the University of Kansas and have not signed an MRABA since the last formal recruitment. 

If Fall Formal Recruitment does not work out, COR is another great option. This is a more informal process compared to Fall Formal Recruitment. During COR, both chapters and potential new members have the opportunity to reach out to each other. COR consists of informal “dates'' such as getting coffee, zoom calls, phone calls, and other ways for chapter members to meet potential new members. Not every chapter participates in COR. Chapters must be below campus total to be eligible to participate which means until after Bid Day, it is uncertain which chapters will participate.
